Meet Our Client We are looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his late 60s within his own home.
He requires full support with all aspects of his care and receives dedicated 2:1 support throughout the night.
Our client enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and dining out.
He values carers who are kind, respectful, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide overnight clinical and personal care, ensuring he remains comfortable, safe, and well supported throughout the night while building a meaningful relationship with him.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care
- Supporting moving and handling as part of a 2:1 care team
- Administering medication
- Providing bowel and catheter care
- Delivering respiratory support, including nebuliser therapy, cough assist, and NIV support
- Overnight monitoring to promote comfort and wellbeing What We're Looking For We're looking for a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant with:
- At least 3 months' hands-on care experience
- Confidence supporting personal care and moving and handling
- A compassionate and dependable approach
