Female Healthcare Assistant in Lowestoft, NR33. £15.00 - £16.50 per hour. Full Time & Part Time Night Shifts | 9:00pm – 7:00am & 10:00pm – 8:00am.

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Healthcare Assistants to support a precious baby girl as she transitions from hospital to her family home in Lowestoft. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference during an important milestone in her life. You'll be supporting her in a calm, loving home environment, helping her settle into family life while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She enjoys sensory activities, listening to music and story time, and you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where she can thrive.

Your Role as a Female Healthcare Assistant:

  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Moving and handling support
  • Supporting complex clinical care needs
  • Monitoring her wellbeing and responding appropriately
  • Creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment
  • Working closely with her family and the wider clinical team

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 months' care experience
  • Confident with personal care, medication administration, and moving and handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience supporting children with complex care needs is desirable.

Important: Before our client is discharged home, successful applicants will be required to complete essential clinical training and daytime shadowing sessions within the hospital. Attendance at these sessions is mandatory.
