Complex Care Coordinator Lynch Wood, Peterborough £27,000 - £31,000 plus bonus and on‑call allowance Full time – Monday to Friday plus shared on-call If you’re inspired by the idea of helping others live safely and with dignity, our Complex Care Coordinator role gives you the chance to make that impact every day. You will play a pivotal role in rota management, scheduling and matching HCAs and nurses to our care packages, communicating with the families of the people we support and advocating for their needs during multi-agency meetings. You will build strong relationships with your clients and become an extension of their families and support network. You’ll work closely with the people we support, their families and wider support networks, within Peterborough and the surrounding areas, so a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.
