We are expanding our healthcare recruitment team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Codsall office. If you enjoy fast-paced recruitment work, speaking to people all day and achieving clear recruitment targets, this role is a great fit.
What you will do:
- Review recruitment applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses
- Screen candidates and assess suitability.
- Make high-volume outbound warm calls.
- Hit recruitment KPIs around interviews and pipeline growth.
- Stay organised and productive in a busy recruitment environment.
- Source candidates proactively through CV databases, job boards, social platforms, and referral networks.
- Take ownership of your workload, working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working to KPIs or targets.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage a busy recruitment workload.
- Proactive approach with strong initiative - able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, CV searching, or talent attraction is highly beneficial.
