You will play a pivotal role in rota management, scheduling and matching HCAs and nurses to our care packages, communicating with the families of the people we support and advocating for their needs during multi-agency meetings. You will build strong relationships with your clients and become an extension of their families and support network.

You’ll work closely with our management team and travel across Heywood and surrounding areas, so a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Client support as the first point of contact for clients, families, and professionals
  • Rota management with confident, fast decision-making
  • Monitoring care delivery to meet care plans and quality standards
  • Attending multi-agency ICB meetings
  • Supporting the out-of-hours on-call service (no hands-on care)

  • Strong scheduling and organisational skills
