Apollo is looking to add a member to its Apollo Infrastructure Group Product Management Team, focused on both institutional and global wealth products and solutions. This group spans both Europe and North America and covers the marketing and fundraising efforts for the firm’s infrastructure and energy transition-focused offerings, featuring both equity and private credit mandates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation of marketing materials and presentations
- Analyze large data sets to create new content and draft investor responses
- Maintain investment and performance data as well as investor pipeline details
- Respond to investor inquiries, RFPs, and DDQs as relevant
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for various funds and accounts
- Draft quarterly reports, webcast materials, and letters for investors
- Prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences
- Prepare competitor analysis, market mapping materials and come-to-market plans for new products
- Work closely with investment, finance, compliance, ESG, and legal teams to build an in-depth understanding of the various portfolios, fund structures and investor objectives
- Support the development and execution of product strategy initiatives
- Contribute to client engagement and relationship management efforts
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows and drive efficiencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record; MBA preferred
- At least 4-7 years’ experience at an alternative asset manager, in investment banking and/or capital formation
- Strong working knowledge of finance, credit and private markets
- Strong understanding of global infrastructure markets, sectors (spanning digital, power/energy, transition, and transportation/logistics) assets, and deal structures/characteristics is preferred
- Strong writing skillset, including ability to synthesize complex financial concepts
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day tasks
- Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills; client-minded approach
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn
- Strong project management and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to guide and assist more junior team members throughout the life cycle of capital rise
- Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
