We’re looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop a high-performing team across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and ERP-driven process improvement.
In this senior leadership role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring the business has the right materials, processes, and supplier relationships in place to support growth, service, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in aligning supply chain performance with wider business goals, while continuously improving cost, quality, delivery, and operational resilience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic procurement and category management activity
- Driving forecasting, material planning, and inventory optimisation
- Developing supplier relationships, contracts, and performance frameworks
- Improving warehousing and global logistics performance
- Enhancing ERP usage and supply chain processes to support better decision-making
- Setting clear team objectives, KPIs, and development plans
- Partnering across the business to strengthen planning and S&OP capability
- Reviewing make-vs-buy opportunities and identifying areas for optimisation
What we’re looking for:
- A proven supply chain leader with experience across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing supplier performance and strategic vendor relationships
- A track record of driving cost improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong ERP and business systems knowledge
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- A confident people leader who can build capability and deliver through others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
