This is an opportunity to work in an outstanding provision supporting pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe and complex learning differences, where every small step of progress is celebrated and every child is truly known as an individual.
The Role
- Support pupils with complex learning needs, helping them access a rich and engaging curriculum
- Promote communication, independence, and confidence, focusing on what each pupil can do
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning support
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Contribute to developing pupils' life skills and preparation for adulthood
