The Role

  • Support pupils with complex learning needs, helping them access a rich and engaging curriculum
  • Promote communication, independence, and confidence, focusing on what each pupil can do
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning support
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Contribute to developing pupils' life skills and preparation for adulthood
