Part-Time Primary Teacher (Wednesday and Friday) Wood Green, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time primary teacher to join our school on Wednesday morning and all day Friday.

As a part-time primary teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Fridays: Morning: Teaching Year 1
  • Afternoon: Teaching Reception
  • Wednesdays: Mornings only: Covering PPA for Years 3, 4, and 5 (Art Lessons)

All planning will be provided, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and creative lessons to our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with our broad and balanced curriculum
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all students
  • Support and promote the development of creative, independent, and resilient learners
  • Collaborate with the school team and contribute to a positive school culture
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching in primary schools, preferably within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Is passionate about teaching and inspiring children to reach their full potential
  • Can confidently teach Art and be a role model for our students
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is committed to supporting the development of every child
