Apollo is a specialised independent (re)insurer, established in 2009, to deliver top-tier products and services to clients, brokers, and capital partners at Lloyd\’s. The name \”Apollo\” was inspired by the achievements of one of its founding investors, Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the moon in 1969. Together with Jim Hays, Neil identified an opportunity to create a unique service provider within Lloyd\’s.
Since its inception, Apollo has significantly broadened its portfolio of insurance solutions. This includes Apollo 1969\’s traditional and specialty lines, ibott 1971\’s innovative sharing economy products, and managing agency services at Lloyd\’s through our Platform Partner Syndicates. Your Role
You will ensure Apollo\’s Digital Solutions deliver genuine business change and long-term value. This role is not about simply rolling out tools; it is about helping teams evolve their processes, behaviours, and decision-making so that Digital Solutions become part of everyday working life.
Sitting alongside Product and Delivery teams, and working closely with L&D, you will bridge technology, data, business processes, and operating models. You will shape adoption strategies, champion user needs, and support the organisation in achieving meaningful change.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Product Leads, Delivery Managers, and L&D to design business change and adoption strategies for new and existing Digital Solutions.
- Co-create training, learning pathways, and enablement materials with L&D to support long-term adoption.
- Work with business sponsors to identify and implement process or workflow changes that maximise technology and data benefits.
- Help teams adapt ways of working and operating models to embed technology into everyday decisions.
- Create and deliver clear, engaging communications that support users through change.
- Champion the voice of the user in planning and governance forums to ensure solutions solve real problems.
- Drive adoption metrics into quarterly reporting and align them to OKRs.
- Act as a coach and advocate for teams, helping them make best use of the tools available.
- Translate technical detail into accessible, user-friendly language for stakeholders at all levels.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in digital adoption and business change.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling capability.
- Experience designing training, communications, or enablement initiatives.
- A pragmatic and creative approach, with the ability to bring clarity in complex environments.
