About the Role
As a Site Manager you will oversee, direct and manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE.
- Uphold the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community by demonstrating our People First approach at every opportunity.
- Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.
- Report into a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for an Assistant Site Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous Site Manager experience for a national housebuilder.
- A driving licence is essential.
- CSCS Card.
- Supervisory experience in a house building site environment.
- Experience in Timber frame.
- SMSTS trained.
- Scaffold training.
