An opportunity has become available within our Community Safety Team. The post holder will specialise in managing anti-social behaviour cases, including tenancy fraud and domestic abuse, and will work closely with external partners, including safeguarding teams and local police, to deliver the highest standard of service.
Your responsibilities include conducting and preparing legal paperwork for the organisation by gathering evidence, issuing court applications, and engaging in legal advocacy with full guidance and training provided. You may take responsibility for enforcing tenancy conditions and addressing community safety issues arising from anti-social behaviour, ensuring our assets are maintained and neighbourhoods remain safe and pleasant.

- Experience of dealing with anti-social behaviour
- Good understanding of housing act and anti-social behaviour
- Experience of handling an anti-social behaviour caseload
Please note: due to the nature of the role, you will need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. Mileage and travel expenses are paid in line with group policy.
More About You
To be considered, you should have experience in housing management and/or a good understanding of tenancy agreements, housing law, and DA case management. Experience managing anti-social behaviour would be advantageous. It is essential that you have a genuine passion for the housing sector and supporting vulnerable people. You should be able to manage your own workload and work effectively with initiative. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills to support customer relations (internal and external) are critical for success, and you should be able to build effective relationships with colleagues and external agencies. This role is subject to a basic DBS check.
