We're partnering with an innovative, international Saa S business to appoint a Revenue Operations Manager.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Finance and Commercial teams, responsible for driving revenue forecasting, sales analytics, pricing strategy, and revenue operations.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping revenue performance and providing critical insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue forecasting across bookings, billings and recognised revenue.
  • Develop and maintain revenue models covering ARR, MRR, retention and growth metrics.
  • Deliver sales analytics, pipeline reporting and performance dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Analyse conversion rates, sales velocity, win rates and productivity metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Lead pricing optimisation initiatives and support complex deal evaluations.
  • Own customer economics analysis, including CAC, LTV, NRR and churn trends.
  • Manage revenue systems, CRM governance and reporting accuracy across the business.
  • Drive automation, process improvements and data-led decision making across the revenue lifecycle.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong experience within Saa S or subscription-based business models.
  • Deep understanding of Saa S metrics.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, with certification advantageous.
  • Experience producing forecasts, pipeline analytics and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge finance and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
