Apointe have been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner into a large, operationally complex organisation embarking on a business-wide transformation programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning full regional P&L and balance sheet performance across a multi-site operation.
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring rigour, realism and alignment to wider strategic objectives.
- Driving operational and financial KPI improvement, identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Partnering directly with regional leadership to improve labour efficiency, cost control and cash generation.
- Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and reporting discipline during a period of change.
- Providing robust financial evaluation on business cases, CAPEX and investment decisions.
- Enhancing the quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting and insight to senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a visible, credible finance leader during a period of operational transformation.
What our client is looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Strong management accounting and financial control background within a complex, multi-site environment.
- A proven track record of driving performance improvement, not just reporting on it.
- Experience operating in environments where operational KPIs, labour metrics and cost efficiency are central.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong systems exposure.
- The credibility and commercial confidence to challenge senior operational stakeholders constructively.
