Workflow and Development Technician

This role is based remotely with some site visits.

As a Workflow and Development Technician, you will:

• Provide technical support to external customers and internal departments, resolving issues and managing technical projects remotely.
• Deliver business-critical solutions tailored to unique customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional service.
• Collaborate on projects, adhering to strict deadlines and SLA agreements, while juggling multiple priorities.
• Document solutions with precision, enabling smooth handovers to other teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, expanding your expertise as customer and technology needs evolve.

Experience and Skills Required

Essential

• Application support experience
• Some knowledge of at least one scripting language (JavaScript preferred)
• A working knowledge of databases (MSSQL/MySQL) – select, insert, update
• Willingness to enhance skills with scripting

Preferable

• Knowledge of JavaScript/PowerShell/VBScript
• Advanced database knowledge (joins, unions etc.)
• Experience working with Therefore, PlanetPress, EzeScan, AutoStore/Control Suite, Ancora
