As a Workflow and Development Technician, you will:
- Provide technical support to external customers and internal departments, resolving issues and managing technical projects remotely.
- Deliver business-critical solutions tailored to unique customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional service.
- Collaborate on projects, adhering to strict deadlines and SLA agreements, while juggling multiple priorities.
- Document solutions with precision, enabling smooth handovers to other teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, expanding your expertise as customer and technology needs evolve.

Experience and Skills Required
Essential
- Application support experience
- Some knowledge of at least one scripting language (JavaScript preferred)
- A working knowledge of databases (MSSQL/MySQL) – select, insert, update
- Willingness to enhance skills with scripting
Preferable
- Knowledge of JavaScript/PowerShell/VBScript
- Advanced database knowledge (joins, unions etc.)
- Experience working with Therefore, PlanetPress, EzeScan, AutoStore/Control Suite, Ancora
