Apogee is part of HP Inc. and drives how organisations manage IT. We are seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to translate complex technology into clear business value in a client‑facing, consultative environment.

This role is hybrid and may be based out of one of our offices, offering flexibility with regular collaboration across the business. The post is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, applicants are only required to disclose unspent convictions. As part of HP Inc., we combine global technology leadership with specialist workplace services. You will be part of our Strategic Business Development function, turning ideas into solutions and solutions into revenue.

What you will be doing:

  • You will act as the bridge between technology and sales, working alongside account teams to design compelling Managed IT solutions that solve real client challenges.
  • You will support, shape, strengthen, and win deals.
  • Alongside collaboration, you will build and grow opportunity within existing accounts and new prospects, identifying needs across private and public sector clients and driving revenue growth.
  • From early discovery conversations through to presentations and bid contributions, you will play a visible and influential role across the full sales cycle.
  • Your expertise will span a broad and evolving solutions portfolio, including Managed IT, End User Compute, Microsoft Azure cloud services, End User Support, Network and Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.

Typical working pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. Flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong grounding in Managed IT services with clear understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and network environments.
  • Comfortable in front of clients, confident in presenting, and credible when discussing technical solutions at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Proactive, taking ownership and moving things forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, and keep momentum through complex sales cycles.
  • Relationship builder and business case developer.
  • Curious, eager to learn, question, and improve.
  • AI literacy valued.
