As People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a smooth, accurate, and people-centred employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Sitting within the People and Culture team and reporting to the Head of People and Culture Operations, this role is central to keeping our people processes running efficiently, compliantly, and with care. You will take ownership of core People and Culture administration, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and responsive support for colleagues across the business. Beyond administration, this role is about continuous improvement - proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance how we support our people. If you enjoy bringing order, spotting inefficiencies, and making things work better, this role will suit you perfectly! A typical working pattern is 40 hours per week. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least one year of experience in an HR or People administration role
  • Confidence using HRIS and ATS platforms, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and calmly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to question existing processes and suggest smarter ways of working
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and remain solution-focused

Desirable: CIPD Level 3 with a willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5 with Apogee’s support. We value candidates with AI literacy – individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
