With over 30 years of expertise, Apogee transforms how organisations of every size and sector manage their IT – delivering everything they need through one seamless point of contact. As an independent subsidiary of HP Inc., we combine the agility of a specialist provider with the power of one of the world’s leading technology companies, giving our clients instant access to cutting-edge innovation backed by market-leading service operations.

At Apogee Corporation, we are not just talking about the future of work - we are actively building it. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive who wants their words to matter. Someone who can turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into action. This is a role for a communicator who likes to be in the middle of it all - not on the sidelines.

You will sit at the heart of internal and external communication activity, helping shape how Apogee speaks to its people, its customers, and the wider world. Working closely with the Head of Sales Enablement, you will help bring structure, creativity, and consistency to everything we say and share.

What you will be doing:

  • Turning business updates into clear, engaging stories people actually read
  • Bringing consistency and personality to internal and external communications
  • Writing, editing, and shaping content across multiple channels and formats
  • Helping manage corporate communications and day-to-day messaging flow
  • Supporting PR activity and working with external agencies to amplify our voice
  • Creating and shaping social media and campaign communications with Marketing
  • Working closely with teams across the business to uncover stories worth telling
  • Coordinating communication projects from first idea through to delivery
  • Translating technical or complex information into something human and usable
  • Making sure everything we publish feels aligned, accurate, and on brand
  • Tracking communication impact and spotting where we can do better
  • Supporting major business initiatives, change programmes, and key moments

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in communications, PR, or marketing communications
  • A strong writing instinct - you know when something feels right or wrong on the page
  • Confidence working with lots of stakeholders and competing priorities
  • The ability to simplify complexity without stripping out meaning
  • A natural curiosity for how messaging influences behaviour and engagement
  • Experience measuring communication activity or campaign performance
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • HubSpot experience is preferred

What matters here is mindset as much as experience. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for delivery, not just assisting with it. This is a role where you will learn quickly. You will be exposed to high-quality agency partners, complex multi-channel campaigns, and real commercial outcomes.

We value candidates with AI literacy – individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.

Benefits:

  • Flexible working options
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Enhanced family friendly benefits (maternity, adoption, paternity and IVF)
  • 2 paid days off per year for voluntary work to support our local communities
  • Staff Reward Scheme
  • Life assurance 4 x salary
  • Sponsorship for professional development and memberships
  • Employee Assistance Programme, including financial wellbeing support
  • Discounted Gym Membership
  • Eye care voucher scheme
  • Free flu vaccinations
  • Employee social events and recognition activities throughout the year
  • HP Employee discount programmes
