Workflow & Development Technician to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in supporting and improving the solutions our customers rely on every day.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical troubleshooting, development skills and customer support in a fast-moving environment.
- What you will be doing
- Providing technical support for workflow and development solutions used by customers and internal teams
- Investigating and resolving incidents, ensuring excellent communication throughout
- Managing business-critical Priority 1 incidents and coordinating responses
- Producing root cause analysis reports and recommending improvements
- Working closely with our Digital Services team to support and enhance deployed solutions
- Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve customer outcomes
- Contributing to knowledge articles, documentation and best practice guides
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and technology partners
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.
This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
Remote options may be available for the right candidate.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new systems
- Exposure to workflow, document management or automation solutions
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
- Understanding of OCR, document capture or incident management processes
