Please note you must be aged 25 or over and eligible to be added to our motor insurance policy to drive company vehicles. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm. It is a hybrid position where you will be trusted to manage deliveries, support print production, and act as a professional face of the business. Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:45, Friday 08:00 – 15:30 – 40 hrs.
What You Will Be Doing
You will play a central role in ensuring print jobs are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering print materials across Midlands‑based JLR sites, with occasional longer‑distance trips.
- Supporting parcel tracking and goods‑in processes for the production team.
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely.
- Planning efficient delivery routes and meeting tight deadlines.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness.
- Working closely with production teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Updating delivery records and using basic systems such as Outlook and Windows.
Skills and Experience Required
This role suits someone practical, organised, and reliable who enjoys being on the move but is equally comfortable supporting a production environment. You will need:
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving regularly for work – with NO points.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Confidence communicating with colleagues and clients.
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
