This role is paying National Minimum Wage

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Finance division. You will play a key role in ensuring that service contracts are processed efficiently and accurately, enabling our customers to receive the exceptional service they expect.

What You Will Do:

  1. Load all new service contracts promptly and accurately into our system.
  2. Generate the first customer invoice where applicable.
  3. Amend customer contact details as needed.
  4. Resolve contractual queries in line with company policies.
  5. Raise credits and re-invoices as required.
  6. Administer annual price increases in line with contractual terms.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 40 hours per week. However, we are committed to supporting a work-life balance and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours or alternative schedules, during the interview process.
