Key purpose of role
You’ll be the linchpin between the client and creative team, using your excellent communication skills to fully understand the ask, develop a creative brief and work with the creative team to deliver the solution. Assisting senior members of the account management team, you’ll be passionate about creating effective marketing communications and finding practical solutions to client challenges. You’ll be uber organised, have a keen eye for detail and aspire to an empty inbox by the end of the day (it’s good to have goals right?!). You’ll be expected to grow an extensive knowledge of our clients’ products and services, knowing them as well as they do.
Job responsibilities
As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring client expectations are managed, and needs met. You’ll be a natural communicator, cool under pressure, and have an ability to help take the burden off clients who are often time poor and looking for us to help make their challenging role easier – they like to think of us as an extension of their team. You’ll be able to interpret the client’s challenge, write the creative brief and help get the creative team going in the right direction. There’s no walls physically or figuratively between client services and creative. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and we often work collaboratively to find the solution.
