In this role you will be connecting with organisations that match our target profile, building genuine relationships, uncovering needs, and arranging high-quality appointments that help our sales team deliver transformational workplace solutions. A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9 - 5, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Confident, engaging communicator - especially over the phone
- Resilient, organised and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Experience of working to KPIs in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment etc.)
- Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills
- No formal sales experience required - we will teach you
