  • Speak with pre-identified businesses and decision makers
  • Build rapport, understand their needs and arrange quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with supportive managers and colleagues to refine your approach
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals; your success will be visible and celebrated

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9 - 5, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Confident, engaging communicator especially over the phone
  • Resilient, organised and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Experience of working to KPIs in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment etc.)
  • Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills
  • No formal sales experience required; we will teach you
