Responsibilities

  • Learning to install and deploy print and IT devices, including setup, configuration, networking, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting project teams with day-to-day deployment activities to meet project targets.
  • Engaging with customers by phone, video, or onsite to assist with technical elements of deployments.
  • Reviewing and updating key project documentation such as schedules, Statements of Work, and Site Implementation Guides.
  • Assisting with pilot builds, testing, and model office setups to ensure successful deployments.
  • Learning to install and support managed print software like PaperCut, Equitrac, and Apogee Cloud Print.
  • Helping manage ad-hoc work on existing installs, including adding devices and extending solution configurations.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software issues with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Project Management, Pre-Sales, and Technical Helpdesk.
  • Travelling across the UK and occasionally Europe to support deployments.
