This role is based in Allington, Maidstone on a hybrid working arrangement (3 days office and 2 days work from home) Are you a skilled Finance Analyst ready to play a critical role in driving transformation and innovation? Join Apogee , Europes largest multi-brand provider of managed services, and contribute to our mission of helping organisations achieve their digital transformation goals. As a Finance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategic decisions, providing actionable financial insights, and supporting the integration and optimisation of cutting-edge systems. As a pivotal member of our Finance team, you will: Drive Strategic Initiatives : Analyse financial implications of transformation and diversification strategies, create predictive models, and support cash flow forecasting. Enhance Data Governance : Ensure data accuracy and compliance, conducting integrity checks to support audit readiness and regulatory standards. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with the CFO, CEO, and FP&A teams to build impactful business cases, support shareholder presentations, and assist with post-acquisition integrations. Optimise Systems : Support ERP (D365 Finance & Operations) data migration and lead enhancements to planning and reporting tools for seamless functionality. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
