Kickstart your career in IT and print solutions! As an Entry-Level Print Deployment Engineer, you will receive comprehensive training to deploy and support print and IT hardware and software solutions at customer sites. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will learn to manage installations from start to finish, gaining hands-on technical skills, problem-solving experience, and customer engagement confidence. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across varied environments, and taking pride in delivering smooth, professional deployments.

What you will be doing (after training):

  • Learning to install and deploy print and IT devices, including setup, configuration, networking, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Supporting project teams with day-to-day deployment activities to meet project targets
  • Engaging with customers by phone, video, or onsite to assist with technical elements of deployments
  • Reviewing and updating key project documentation such as schedules, Statements of Work, and Site Implementation Guides
  • Assisting with pilot builds, testing, and model office setups to ensure successful deployments
  • Learning to install and support managed print software like PaperCut, Equitrac, and Apogee Cloud Print
  • Helping manage ad-hoc work on existing installs, including adding devices and extending solution configurations
  • Diagnosing and resolving software issues with guidance from senior team members
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Project Management, Pre-Sales, and Technical Helpdesk
  • Travelling across the UK and occasionally Europe to support deployments
