This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our bids and tenders. The Role As a Bid Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative aspects of our bid and tender processes. Your responsibilities will include: Organising meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating event attendance. Assisting with pre-qualification and selection questionnaires. Formatting and quality-checking bid applications and supporting materials. Managing the Bid Team inbox, ensuring queries and communications are distributed effectively.
