We’re looking for a confident and capable IT Systems Support Engineer to join our fast-paced IT team for 2 of our locations in Kent and Lincoln. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll provide hands-on support across our European offices—tackling technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping to keep our systems efficient, secure, and future-ready.

This role is a hybrid working model - but does require flexibility based on the needs of the business. For roles with office-based hybrid working: A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
