Apogee, Europes largest multi-brand provider of managed services, is looking for a Bid Administrator to join our dynamic Bid Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our bids and tenders. The Role As a Bid Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative aspects of our bid and tender processes. Your responsibilities will include: Organising meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating event attendance. Assisting with pre-qualification and selection questionnaires. Formatting and quality-checking bid applications and supporting materials. Managing the Bid Team inbox, ensuring queries and communications are distributed effectively. Collaborating with departments such as Contracts, Sales, and BMSS to ensure seamless documentation flow.
