Apogee Corporation is seeking a Senior People and Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team in the UK. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance and HR policy, partnering with managers to deliver fair, commercially sound people solutions.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture Operations, you will manage complex casework (including TUPE), lead on vetting and Right to Work, and coach leaders to improve organisational capability while balancing business needs.
