This role sits at the heart of our Strategic Business Development function, where ideas become solutions, and solutions become revenue. A significant proportion of your opportunity will come from our existing client base, giving you a strong foundation of warm relationships to build from. You will be proactively engaging these customers to identify needs, expand relationships, and cross-sell across our full solution stack - spanning Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector accounts. This is a genuine opportunity to maximise value within established partnerships while unlocking new areas of growth.
You will act as the bridge between technology and sales, working alongside account teams to design compelling Managed IT solutions that solve real client challenges. You will not just support deals - you will shape them, strengthen them, and win them.
Your expertise will span a broad and evolving solutions portfolio, including Managed IT, End User Compute, Microsoft Azure cloud services, End User Support, Network and Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
Skills and Experience Required:
- You will already have a strong grounding in Managed IT services, with a clear understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and network environments.
- You are comfortable in front of clients, confident in presenting, and credible when discussing technical solutions at both operational and strategic levels.
- You take ownership and move things forward.
- You bring structure - the ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, and keep momentum across complex sales cycles.
- You are as comfortable building relationships as you are building a business case.
- You bring curiosity and keep learning, questioning, and improving.
