We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our diverse customer base:

  • Conducting service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.
  • Responding promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, providing detailed reports on work completed, and ensuring acceptance of equipment condition and performance post-service.
  • Installing equipment sold by the company and ensuring optimal performance to customer satisfaction.
  • Providing training and guidance to customers to maximize equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors.
  • Managing inventory of spare parts and consumables effectively to support service operations.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote at client sites. Attendance at our offices is required periodically for team meetings and training.

It is essential that you have worked as an engineer on MFD printers, possess IT knowledge with the ability to network devices and set up scanning functions, and have the ability to provide first-class customer service with previous customer-facing experience. You should be willing to undertake training on new product lines, such as Laptops and PCs. Flexible working options are available.
