Working alongside a globally renowned pharmaceutical company providing gold standard care to prostate cancer patients, you'll be managing your own caseload of patients in an NHS clinic setting together with virtual patient touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
  • Working as part of a supportive, dynamic team of Specialist Nurses – focused on the delivery of this Patient Support Programme.
  • Covering clinics at The Royal Surrey County Hospital as well as virtual clinics from home.
  • Making and delivering scheduled support calls and outpatient clinic visits.
  • Providing clinical reviews, toxicity management and patient education and support.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Providing continuity of care for your patients.
  • Advocating for your patients' needs, managing your own diary and building trusting relationships with patients, carers and other stakeholders.
About You
  • Current registered nurse with proven experience in SACT and urology nursing.
  • Experience working within a haematological/oncology environment.
  • Current UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to clinics – essential requirement.
  • Experience in a Patient Support Programme would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional nurse who shares our passion for improving patient outcomes and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
