If so, we invite you to join our team at Apodi on our rapidly growing prostate cancer Patient Support Programme. Working alongside a globally renowned pharmaceutical company providing gold standard care to prostate cancer patients, you'll be managing your own caseload of patients in an NHS clinic setting together with virtual patient touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a supportive, dynamic team of Specialist Nurses focused on delivering the Patient Support Programme.
- Cover clinics at The Royal Surrey County Hospital and virtual clinics from home.
- Make and deliver scheduled support calls and outpatient clinic visits.
- Provide clinical reviews, toxicity management, and patient education and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
- Provide continuity of care and advocate for patients' needs, managing your own diary to build trusting relationships.
About You
- Current registered nurse with proven experience in SACT and urology nursing.
- Experience working within haematological / oncology settings.
