We are a growing ethical domestic helper agency in Singapore looking for a Recruiter / Candidate Sourcing Specialist to source, screen, and shortlist FDW candidates for employer interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Source transfer and overseas domestic helpers
  • Conduct first-round screening interviews
  • Assess childcare, elderly care, cooking, and communication skills
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for employer interviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and update records
  • Work closely with overseas partners and local transfer networks

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or maid agency operations preferred
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills
  • Organized, fast follow-up, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
  • FDW / maid agency experience is a plus
  • Must have CEI (includes EFMA+MDW modules) certification
