We are a growing ethical domestic helper agency in Singapore looking for a Recruiter / Candidate Sourcing Specialist to source, screen, and shortlist FDW candidates for employer interviews.
Responsibilities
- Source transfer and overseas domestic helpers
- Conduct first-round screening interviews
- Assess childcare, elderly care, cooking, and communication skills
- Shortlist suitable candidates for employer interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update records
- Work closely with overseas partners and local transfer networks
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or maid agency operations preferred
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Organized, fast follow-up, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
- FDW / maid agency experience is a plus
- Must have CEI (includes EFMA+MDW modules) certification
