The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administration role, be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills. We work on a rotational shift basis, 1 week working 6am-2pm, and the following week 2pm-10pm. This role is site-based at our Tamworth site in the United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator:- Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse
- Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation
- Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
- Monitoring and tracking incoming containers
- Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry
- Great communicator
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
