The successful candidates will be part of our two-year Graduate programme that will be based predominantly out of our Tamworth site. Right to work and live in the UK indefinitely is crucial. No sponsorship is available. Unfortunately, student visas without the right to stay and work indefinitely in the UK are not eligible for this programme.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Right to work and live in the UK is crucial. No sponsorship is available.
  • Recent graduate bachelor’s degree minimum 2:2.
  • Recently graduated in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management, Business & Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker.
  • Resilient and comfortable with change.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English written and oral is essential.
  • General work experience – voluntary or social engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Next Steps:

The closing date for applications is the 20th June 2026. Once we have received your application, and if you meet our minimum criteria, you will be asked to complete a Video Interview, these are to be completed at the latest by the 31st March 2026. If successful at this point, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB), these will be taking place in July. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day. The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team. Successful Graduates will be offered positions in July 2026. The Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026.
