We seek a highly motivated Operational Excellence Manager to join the warehouse and logistics team. The role focuses on leading process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
