Key responsibilities of the Administrator:- Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse
- Experience in Inventory Admin
- Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation.
- Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
- Monitoring and tracking incoming containers.
- Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry
- Proficient with Excel
- Great communicator
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
