Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Reconcile accounts payable invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage queries
  • Process the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals
  • Analyze labour hours explaining key variances
  • Provide month-end support as required, gaining exposure to basic accounting principles
  • Prepare and raise customer invoices
  • Maintain general site ordering and up-to-date records of site stock
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team
  • Support site engagement activities
  • Coordinate uniform ordering and management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in IT, including MS Excel / Office; SAP experience is desirable
  • Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing / 3PL
  • Experience in similar roles and ability to manage regular deliverables with minimum supervision
  • Self-starter able to identify where to invest more time for better outcomes, without step-by-step guidance
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload with minimum supervision
  • Drive, energy and commitment to continuous improvement of overall site performance
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills at all levels
  • Flexible, with a can-do attitude
