Sales generatio n:Regularly achieve the personal sales targ etAnalyse available sales reports and data to determine business needs and establish sales strategie s.Support the development of sales techniques of associates, ensuring high levels of sales and service are used to maximise sale s.Demonstrate sales leadership to staff by playing an active role on the sales floo r.Work with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sale s. Customer Servi ce:Provide the highest level of customer servi ce.Manage customer database and use information to increase sales and customer conta ct.Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effective ly.Help sales staff to resolve various customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, returns, faulty good s). Operati ons:Ensure the upkeep, presentation and organisation of the premi ses.Ensure deliveries are processed correctly and on t ime.Control the movement of all stock and ensure that staff adhere to all transfer and receiving policies and procedu res.Adhere to stock accuracy and reduction requireme nts.Understand and perform all point of sale management functions correc tly.Support, promote and take responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, till controls, stock management and shop communicat ion. Merchandising/Vi sual:Implement and maintain all merchandising guidelines and ensure the execution of effective merchandising strate gies.Ensure that the sales area is neat, clean and organised and that it reflects the correct visual image at all t imes.To ensure that the presentation of all displays, accessories and visual areas reflect the current visual orienta tion.Identify and communicate product issues in a timely ma nner.Communicate stock requirements to support the business objec tive. Human Reso urces:Based on the KPI target, provide guidance and support to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Asso ciate.Ensure that image and housekeeping standards are professional, reflect the brand image and are maintained at all times.Provide ongoing feedback to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate to ensure re sults.Act as second in charge when the Store Manager is not on duty.
