We are looking for our Area Manager (M/F) for UK and Ireland.
Permanent Contract – Full Time
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Area Manager is responsible for the overall management of the region, including customer service and staff. He/She is responsible for achieving the sales objectives of the assigned region, maintaining and exceeding high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams, and developing team members.
MAIN MISSIONS
- Sales
- Develop an overall sales and marketing strategy, and execute the sales plan to achieve company goals.
- Achieve sales targets for the boutiques.
- Analyze available sales reports and data to determine action plans.
- Set clear objectives for Store Managers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to identify opportunities to boost sales.
- Propose events and incentives to grow the customer base, with a particular focus on developing local markets.
- Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to ensure sales growth, product launches, and profitability, while monitoring business performance and market trends.
- Provide regular market analysis and reports, including regional market capacity, demand evolution, industry dynamics, competition, and customer feedback.
- Operations
- Ensure proper maintenance, presentation, and organization of the boutiques.
- Oversee that teams handle deliveries correctly and on time.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and reduction of stock discrepancies.
- Merchandising / Visual
- Maintain all merchandising guidelines, ensuring the proper execution of in-store merchandising strategies.
- Ensure that the sales area is organized and reflects an impeccable visual image at all times.
- Identify and report product issues promptly.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel.
- Support, implement, and follow up on all training programs/workshops.
- Continuously evaluate individual performance and provide constant feedback to ensure results.
- Resolve any HR-related issues quickly and effectively, in partnership with the HR department when necessary.
PROFILE REQUIRED

You have at least 5 years of experience in dynamic and international retail brands, with 2 years of experience in similar functions. You can analyze sales reports and respond quickly.
