Part-Time, Permanent | 3 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday and Friday | £13.45 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and caring Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for individuals accessing vital mental health support.

About the Role

Location: Gainsborough

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3 hours per day

Start Date: TBC

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise communal and private areas
  • Maintain hygiene in bathrooms and kitchen spaces
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces
  • Ensure a calm and respectful presence on-site
  • Report all defects/hazards immediately to the Operations Manager
  • To comply with COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, Colour Coding and any other Cleaning Policies

What We're Looking For

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Respectful approach, especially in sensitive environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
