We are currently recruiting for Mobile Cleaners to join our dedicated team, servicing various locations across Teesside. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A company vehicle is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare designated areas in line with company procedures and safety standards
- Follow instructions from the North-East Operations Manager regarding cleaning assignments
- Use cleaning materials and equipment as directed
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and machine clean where necessary
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Dust and wash surfaces including desks, skirting boards, and ledges
- Clean toilets and washrooms
- Perform periodic deep cleaning of internal surfaces and windows
- Report defects or hazards to the Operations Manager
- Adhere to COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, and Colour Coding policies
- Proven experience in a cleaning role
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
- Good communication skills and a courteous manner
- Must hold a valid and clean UK drivers licence
- Holidays: 28 days per annum
