About The Role
You will join a small, high-performing qualitative insights team of six people, where this role plays a key part in strengthening both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery capacity. This is a senior individual contributor position, with no formal line‑management responsibilities. You will act as a strategic partner, methodological expert, and operational reinforcement. Beyond strategic framing and insight delivery, this role requires the ability and willingness to personally execute end‑to‑end French and International qualitative studies, from research design and fieldwork coordination to analysis, storytelling, and client presentation. You will also act as a mentor and reference point for team members, helping them grow through expertise and informal coaching.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Qualitative Research Delivery
- Independently lead qualitative studies from research design to final insight delivery, including fieldwork management and analysis.
- Translate qualitative data into structured, actionable insights with clear strategic implications.
- Present findings confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project delivery, quality, and timelines, proactively addressing risks and improvement areas.
- Ensure full adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements (pharmacovigilance, transparency, data protection, etc.).
- Strategic & Methodological Contribution
- Support and challenge client briefs to ensure research addresses the right strategic questions.
- Act as a senior qualitative expert, raising the level of insight quality, rigor, and storytelling across projects.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of qualitative methodologies and analytical frameworks.
- AI, Tools & Innovation
- Contribute to the development and adoption of new qualitative approaches, including digital, AI-enabled (e.g. transcription, coding, synthesis, insight acceleration), or hybrid qualitative solutions.
- Identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency, depth of analysis, or storytelling.
- Share knowledge, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent excellence across projects.
- Mentorship & Team Support (No Line Management)
- Act as a mentor and sparring partner for team members, supporting skill development through hands‑on guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Support continuity and stability of qualitative delivery in a small‑team environment.
- Work closely with the Qualitative Director and Business Unit leaders on high‑impact initiatives.
