Position Research Manager within the Insight Department, specializing in Oncology. You will play a key role in leading international research projects from study design through to final delivery. You will work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment and contribute to generating high‑impact insights that support better healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market research projects end‑to‑end; coordinate internal teams ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards; oversee pharmacovigilance requirements for assigned studies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Analyze study data and translate findings into clear, insightful, and impactful reports and presentations.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research or a related discipline, preferably combined with a scientific background.
- 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research within the healthcare sector (ideally Oncology).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, database management), PowerPoint and ideally Power BI.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A naturally curious, rigorous and solution‑oriented mindset.
- A strong client‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
