As a Research Lead within our Insight Department, specializing in Emerging therapeutic areas, you will take a leading role in delivering large‑scale international research projects from study design through to final delivery, involving extensive cross‑team collaboration and the management of significant budgets. You will operate in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment, working closely with internal teams and clients to generate high‑impact insights that support better healthcare decision‑making. Beyond project execution, you will act as a senior transversal reference for quality and validation, ensuring that all critical stages of the research process are reviewed, aligned and formally validated against high methodological and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop relevant questionnaires (from scratch) for healthcare audiences (including physicians, patients, nurses…)
- Lead international market research projects end‑to‑end, coordinating teams to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards, while acting as a senior transversal reference for quality and validation across key production stages, including pharmacovigilance oversight.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Analyze study data and translate findings into clear, insightful, and impactful reports and presentations
- Deliver strategic recommendations to clients
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research or a related discipline, preferably combined with a scientific background
- 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research within the healthcare sector
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, database management), PowerPoint and ideally Power BI
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- A naturally curious, rigorous and solution‑oriented mindset
- A strong client‑service orientation and excellent communication skills
