We are currently seeking a Technical Services Supervisor HVAC Bias to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team.

As our Technical Services Supervisor you will also conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, oversee the reporting in line with KPIs, conduct toolbox talks, and assist in the management of sub-contractors.

Proven leadership qualities

You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
